Truck had a small puddle under it. It’s coming from the front of the engine on the passenger side near the upper pulley. Does anyone have an idea what this could be?

Mine had a leak at the front seal at the crank and an upper leak where you are describing. Started leaking at around 90k miles. An O-ring went bad.

Be sure to change your your crank case filter on time if you haven't already done so. If your CCV filter is clogged, you may blow o-rings and gaskets due to too much pressure built up in the system causing oil leaks.
