Timing cover gasket*OP here. Could it be coming from the timing chain gasket and thus spitting oil all over?
I'd start simpler and look at engine coolant first.
The filler cap doesn't look screwed down all the way.

‘16 hemi with 30K on the clock. Oil pressure while driving seems to be solid.
