I'm confused. My oil pressure is back down to 30ish psi cold and low 20's when warm.

Oil level is good and I've changed the oil pressure sensor, PC valve and the thing thing with the screen on it under the intake manifold. I can't remember what that one is called.

Any help or thoughts would be great.

Wondering if maybe you have a small oil leak someplace? You check around the engine and see if you see anywhere it may be seepin, even just a very small amount? My oil pressure had been running like 28-30 PSI when cold and would go up to about 45ish after driving around, then drop back down to 25 when idling. My truck still takes time to warm
Up though, like the temp doesn’t change on the inside dash until like 10 mins after driving and it starts to jump up fast. It only gets up to 175F or so. Idk if this is something that I should be worried about or not, but the truck’s oil is up good and she’s running good!

I haven’t changed my oil sensor pressure like you. My PCV valve and purge valve are both order and going to be changed out soon.

I'll look again for a leak. There's got to be one somewhere. I have to add here and there but I never see any stains in my driveway.

It warms up normally, and when warm the pressure is still low.

I haven't done the purge valve yet. I'll do some research on it.

Oddly enough I just stayed getting an intermittent misfire on cylinder 5. I was going to swap coil packs with cylinder 3. I'm still going to but this may be another issue with it.

do you get the missfire every 2nd trip or so?
If so thats a type B missfire and probably a leak around your valve cover near that cylinder.

Great. I'm almost to the point of getting a new truck. I've been having too many problems with it in the past six months

I would put a manual gauge on it and verify that it actually is on the low side. A small oil leak would not cause a drop in oil pressure, it would have to be somewhere that actually sees oil pressure to cause a drop and even then it would have to be a big leak to cause a noticeable drop in pressure.
