Hey guys I'm back on the lifted side after doing the lowered thing for abit...
I had my eibach pro lift installed today. Truck looks great ... truck drives fine and straight but tech mentioned driver side cam bolt was seized and could only adjust caster so much but felt it was good and didn't seem overly worried... ill post my alignment sheet below any opinions would be great. Also I do still have stock UCA's if that comes into affect for the results 508bc6584c7c56190888c9ab4a788dda.jpg

Seized bolts break over time. You may want to put a new one in and realign it.

From the chart everything looks good

That is a little too much caster for my liking as a lifer in the dealer. Too much positive caster makes it harder to turn a vehicle especially a 4x4. It makes the low speed steering effort much worse as well making the vehicle ride rougher and can cause the front end to wander at higher speeds I.E. highway speeds.

One of the biggest things I see and feel on a vehicle with too much positive caster is impact shimmy like when you hit a pothole. The shock of the impact is absorbed at a higher angle and sends that shock back through the vehicle instead of being absorbed by the suspension. Just my $.02 and my opinion.

Do you figure different upper control arms would fix that or make it easier to even out (zone, readylift, jba) ?

Everything charted for Hemi trucks calls for just under 5 degree of caster. I was trying to find this exact reasoning but I'm still looking for it.

Depends on your lift set up
Only the eibach struts and coils on lowest setting 2.75(more like 2.25 imo)

I had mevotechs ( i know they aren't angle correcting) on the last truck with bilsteins set.to 2.8 no issue im just wondering if I should spend the extra on zone or something else or if the mevotechs can handle the job again.

If it were me I would spend the extra cash on a set of UCA's. I can make these trucks ride good and handle good and steer very well with less than 4.5° of caster and a 0.3° caster split.

I'll bring the caster down into the 4.5-5* you can tell in the picture the effects of high caster and how the wheel moves a little forward towards the bumper and doesn't appeared centered anymore within the wheel wells.

I'm surprised at the amount of caster considering you're runinng stock UCA's. 5* caster is how i was running 37's with with 2.75" lift and and aftermarket bumper. I've beaten the chit out of my truck with 5* caster, drives and tracks better than the same setup at stockish 3.5* by far. 5.5* caster might be a little too much though but only the OP can tell us. I also prefer my camber a little more towards the negative side. This was my last alignment last month. i redo them every 3 months or so, i'm not easy on my equipment, There are the damn rocks that jump out of the road and you drive your tires on top of them so there goes your Toe sometimes :)

Definitely reach out to nick @Nick@GotExhaust and tell him to set you up with a pair of zone upper control arms. Then reach out to Benny @AllMoparParts.com to pick up replacement bolts that are seized. Both of these guys are preferred vendors and offer sweet deal when they can

Yes. Zone arms the ball joint is replaceable. That’s why I bought those. I may order a set of their master rebuild kits so I have a spare bj for both sides. I’ve had them in for 25,000 miles now and I’ve never had a problem with them.

Only replaceable through them id assume? As long as they last i should be okay i don't do excessive offloading

They will last a long time and they are a typical style ball joint so the replacements can be sourced anywhere!
