I went to your link and put in my truck deatails and it said it does not fit a 2015 Ram 2500. Did you order the H11 version?

What are the "Quad headlights" you mentioned? Are yours different than stock?

Pretty sure there is something about the 15's that cause some of these aftermarket lights to not work, or they do work, but then flicker or shut off completely.
Pretty sure I read something here along these lines.

The factory headlights with the individual high and low beam bulbs and are not the projector style housing are referred to as quads. RAM also has a headlight that uses just a single high/low beam bulb.
Don't rely on Amazon's fitment guide, it is wrong a lot of times.

The 15 model year is picky about what bulbs you use. The Opt7 9006 work great in the fogs if you use the "flux" capacitor they include with the bulbs. I thought they worked without the capacitors till I started the truck, then the LEDs didn't light up.

This...

The reason they operate differently when the truck is turned on/running is because that is when PWM (pulse width modulation) kicks in.
