well I decided on a kit. Went with the 3” RC bolt on kit. Local 4wheelparts wanted to charge my 4500 bucks total for a 4” lift. Smaller shop by my house wanted 750 to install the 3” bolt on. So I just bought it online and will do myself and take it to get aligned. Also upgraded the rear shocks as well. Bought a rear bumper to try and match my front bumper. What do you guys think? By the way I already have 35x12.5R20 rims and tires on the truck

Would you guys stay with stock struts in the front or is there anything I can upgrade to that will work with the RC kit I bought?

Did you happen to look at the eibach pro truck kit? For realatively the same price you get all new coils shocks and struts and the same amount of lift. Nice choice on the bumper

I cancelled the lift kit because I did not look into this at all. I looked at other kits. I’m going to look into the eibach kit. Any opinions on it so far?

In my opinion it’s the best bang for the buck for our trucks right now. It’s $750 and no spacers. If you go 3.5 the ride will be rougher but I like my suspension tighter so that’s preference

Do I need new UCAs with the eibach kit? Any reviews on ride quality? I can’t find much info on it

You should not need them. If you end up with a bad angle you’ll need them eventually but not an emergency.

so is the consensus that the eibach pro kit is a better all around kit than the RC 3 inch kit?

As far as amount of lift and the reason, I like the look and occasionally take the truck off-road and a few extra inches would be nice. I’m not going to spend the coin on a 4 or 6 inch anymore since I bought the rear bumper. I will give the eibach a shot I just wish there were some reviews on it. Will the ride quality be similar to the RC kit? Really would just like more opinions before I decide to buy

I'm waiting to hear some reviews as well . The Eibach kit is high on my list. Looks like a nice way to get 3.5" lift without going full lift kit.

I ordered the eibach kit. Thanks for the heads up guys
Congratulations!!
Let us know how you make out. Tech tip: eibach prints their name on the springs to be read so it’s easy to figure out which is top and bottom during install
