I traded my 2019 1500 Big Horn Classic, 6' 4" bed for a 22 Laramie. 5' 7' bed. Both crew cabs. But when it's in the garage, there sure seems like there is a lot more than the 9" from the different bed length. The front looks shorter to me. Is that an illusion from the "Sport Hood"?

The Gen5 CrewCab is 4" longer than the Gen4 CC.
Which cab was on your '19? The typical 6.4' bed had the QuadCab which was the same length(140" wb) as the CrewCab w/5.7' bed. If your Classic was the odd CrewCab w/6.4'(149" wb) then it's only about 5" longer than the Gen5.

^^^ that. Was ‘19 a classic? If so that explains it. I’m mostly just jealous about the bit where you said “In the garage” which must have been a typo. Mine has no hope of that…

'19 was the first year of the "Classic" badging as that was the first model year of the Gen5.
Wut? Doesn't everyone have a garage big enough to park their truck in?

Yes but not everyone is capable of not filling it with… valuable stuff that can’t possibly be disposed of.

Not only will any Ram fit in my garage length wise
I don't have room to park a Crew Cab Ram in my parking space
I can just barely fit my quad cab
