This is probably the best dashcam out there in my opinion. I have tried others, but this one uses an LTE connection so you can connect to your truck or car and see not only the front of outside but also the inside of the cab. it has an interior and exterior camera all in one. LOVE IT. I love it so much that i purchased the newest model that was just released this month. So i have no need for this one. if i had another vehicle it would go in there obviously.
What you would be getting:
Owlcam Dashcam 3.0 version, with all the accessories to connect it. It connects directly to your OBDII port and uses very little power to stay on all the time. You can adjust the settings and view live feeds, or recordings by downloading the app. There is a safety feature built-in if it senses your battery is low and it will shut off. Has never been an issue for me.
one of the other features i love about this camera is if you want to save a recording on voice command, you can say "presto "title"" and it will record whatever is going on on the road. i saw some crazy guy in front of me driving erratically and i said "presto "crazy driver" and it recorded the clip with that title for me.
