Owners manual under carpet???

So I was taking the interior out of my 01 ram 1500 4x4, and I find my owners manual, along with window sticker in the case, under the carpet, on the passenger side. I don't know if the previous owner put it there, or maybe the factory put it there, and it's been there for 19 years. Everything was in it, extended warranty stuff, and the window sticker looks as though it was never used. Coincidence, or not?
