Twice now in the first 220 miles I get a check engine light. Both times it was #3 misfire.
I took it into the service dept. where I purchased the truck from and the first time they said they checked the coil and injector wiring - good / Road test and could not duplicate. I was told to bring it back if it happens again.
Only 94 miles.
One week later 223 miles it happened again. I brought it back to service dept. and one guy looked puzzled and said " this code isn't even an activated code" ?
I'll see what they come up with on Monday, but, has anyone had a similar issue?
I'd like to know (at least off the lot) that I can hit the road with a load on the back and not be stuck in the middle of nowhere. I'm a worry wart.
