P0404 and idles bad

Hello.
Ram 1500, 2004, 5.7
Errorcode P0404.
I changed the egr valve twice (!) and deleted the error. the error comes back and the vehicle runs rough and uncontrolled if i hit the pedal just 0-5%. If i hit the throttle 10-100% the vehicle runs perfect. I also cleaned the throttle flap very good.
any ideas?

If it stumbles at low RPM but goes away when raised it could be a vacuum leak.

After replacing the EGR did you check your plugs?

plugs are new

Sounds like a vacuum leak or check the o2 sensor with a scanner that you can read a live data. Probably are stuck
