P0441 code

Just got this code on my 2014 ram 5.7,checked it with AlfaOBD and the description says check not completed temporary.I used Alfa to do a manual purge check and I'm not seeing any current on the purge valve for any test(open,closed and finish) would this mean an open purge solenoid?

When I go to the pumps I always fill it up.Last time to the pumps was back in august and this only happened yesterday.

Yes, but do you squeeze every last ounce into the tank, causing the pump to quit repeatedly?

That's a very bad idea for our truck's EVAP but I doubt very much that twice will matter.

If the overfilling is the cause and the canistor is the culprit is there any thing to do other than change it out?I checked the purge valve today and it is working.

If it isn't that bad as in your gas pump doesn't click off every second when attempting to fill, maybe time will help. You wont pass any emissions test though duh. I wouldnt want to add anymore by topping off if that needs to be said. And you have no fresh gas smell?

No gas smell and the tank fills properly,no shutting off.No emmissions tests here to worry about.

This is not an emergency situation, it is possible the vap will escape, keep clearing code and do a hard reset.
