I have replaced gas cap, purge valve, PCV valve, something else that went on the gas tank (cant remember what name of part). I still have check engine light on, what am I missing, if it's a vacuum line then which one. I'm a cheap ass and don't want to take it to the dealer. Please help. 2015 5.7 Hemi

Throwing parts at it isn't necessarily the cheap way to go. Some times you get lucky. LOL. I've seen aftermarket purge valves be bad right out of the box.

Are you getting power and signal to the purge valve? (green crust on connector, cut/chafed wire somewhere)

If you've got a leak on the fuel tank or filler neck somewhere, you should be able to smell fuel vapors from the effected area. Stubborn ones need a smoke machine.

Looking at scan data is pretty much a necessity to get it done right.
