I plastidip’d mine in the Luxury Sapphire Black. I just masked off the majority of the hood and windshield. Blue painters tape slides right underneath those inserts. Removing the masking was much easier than expected and it came out perfect. A little orange peel but that’s on me. I did about 5-6 color coats and 3 thick glossifier coats.

I was going to remove them and dip them off the truck but that fabric heat shield under the hood didn’t want to come off easy. More specifically the inserts holding it in. So I just did it on the truck.

Apologies for the dirty truck pics...

I want mine to be all white tho not the black color I know it’s not a good idea to paint plastic cause it can peel over time but I was hoping they could be replaced with paintable fiberglass ones!

Never going to match without blending and clear coating with the hood but let us know how it turns out.

They have White and a Glacial White Metallic. The above post is correct it’s not going to match unless it’s blended.

For like $20 you could dip it and if you hate it peel it off?
