Part # for Door Knobs?

I have a Sport and don't really care for the plastic door knobs. I'd like to replace them with those like the brushed aluminum knobs on the Challenger. I think the Laramie's might have the same knobs also (see picture below).

Anyhow, can someone shed some light on the proper part number or description so that I can hunt these down? Not looking for aftermarket pieces as that's too extreme. I'd just like to clean it up a bit with upgraded factory parts.

This is what I found for a 2013 Challenger. Item 9. It doesn't appear you can buy the knob without the rod. I don't know if there is more than one style on the Challenger but this is the only part number I found.

The knobs on my Laramie are chrome plastic. Not brushed aluminum or fake brushed aluminum.
