Part question 08 ram 1500 mega cab

Hello, could you help identify the two arms below? One is rusted through and u wanted to replace but can’t find out what they are called. I’ve checked several places but not 100% sure. I really appreciate it!

It is a control arm.

When buying suspension parts for that model, be careful. Its more like a 2500 as far as frame and suspension design go.

Judging by the amount of rust, you will no doubt need to cut the bolts off.

This is correct. Those are the upper and lower control arms for the axle. Make sure you use the VIN to order parts. Use the Mopar parts websites that allow you to input the VIN and look up parts.
