Parts delay

Sorry I am new on this forum and looking to figure it out. I have had an on order and from what understand it ready, but hasn’t shipped due to staffing shortages. It’s been “ready” for over three weeks. I haven’t had by vehicle since December. Has anyone experienced this? We are ready to throw in the towel and take the loss, but it’s a painful one.
