Passenger seat heater

2022, Ram 2500, the passenger seat heater will not turn on. I have checked the fuse, all good. Wouldn’t know what to look for in the wiring harness. Any suggestions? Thank you

Look at the wire harness that controls the seat heater, most likely under the seat. Pull the connectors off and check for burnt pins.

If that doesn't work, then get a meter and check the resistance for the seat and seat back heater circuit. If open, then you have a bad heater, and it will prevent the circuit from energizing.
