Passenger side tail light

I'm new here so if i'm posting in the wrong area let me know. My passenger side tail light won't work right. The break light works and the turn signal works but the running lights won't work. All the bulbs are good and I just put a new circuit board in but it's still doing the same thing.

Any help will be very much appreciated.

Have you tried replacing the bulb? I know you said they were good, but they are a 3057 bulb, which has 2 filaments and even though they both look good, one can be bad. I had a front parking light go out on mine and the bulb looked great, blinker operation worked fine, but the parking light filament was out.

I'll look at replacing all the bulbs again and see what happens.

Well I hate to admit that I over looked something so obvious but it was a fuse.
