I have a 2016 ram 1500 express 5.7l. Original issue is the battery kept dying. Took it to dealer they said faulty pcm. I ordered a replacement pcm from flagshipone. Installed replacement and now i have every warning light known to man. Called the dealer and talked to the tech. He mentioned the plug had some corrosion inside the pins. So my question is, has anyone had to re pin the C1 pcm connector? Could you share some tips? Where to get the replacement pins? If I re pin it, could this solve my issue?

Have you disconnected the PCM C1 connector? It's the blue one. The C2 connector is the green one.

Make sure the key is off and disconnect the battery negative cable and then disconnect the PCM C1 connector and take a look inside and see if you can see and corrosion. It will look like a white-ish or green-ish powder.

If it were me I would not replace the connector right off the bat. I would get some electrical contact cleaner and spray the terminals in the connector to see if I could remove the corrosion if it is present in the connector.

You can also clean the terminals. You can remove the terminal lock and remove each terminal from the connector and clean it with a fine wire brush by hand and then reinsert it in the connector. It's not that hard to do either. All it takes is a little patience.

I’m assuming somebody (flagshipone or the dealer) flashed the PCM to your VIN/truck??

The tech I spoke to said he sprayed some contact cleaner in it. This is a great idea! I will get some more contact cleaner and brushes and try this route in the morning! Thanks for the advice!
I use old tooth brushes for stuff like that. It takes even more time but it keeps me from causing damage when I get impatient...

I'd definitely say this could cause some issues. Time to get to work. Lol

Definitely. You might consider using dielectric grease in the connector to prevent corrosion in the future too
