pedal commander and 3g adapter

i have the 4th gen that requires the obd dongle to make my uconnect to work -
i saw that pedal commander type tuners use the obd port, is there a way these 2 can co exist together. or does the pedal commander have an alternate installation point?

with how i park at work, i really enjoy the phone start, and also the find my truck feature - but it seems like its either or kinda decision
