I THINK I know the answer but I want to want to see what others know. I use the Android auto a lot which connects automatically with my truck and I really like it and use it a lot. I see the PC allows the use of bluetooth. The question is, will my truck allow me to toggle (or something) between the two, or is it all one or the other? Thanks for any input

Is your question if your phone will function while connected using Bluetooth on Android Auto AND the Pedal Commander?
My Samsung S23 stays connected to my watch while simultaneously connecting and functioning with the truck so yes it should. But if it doesn't it would be a phone issue more than likely. The Bluetooth for the Pedal Commander is for changing settings through the App. And the Uconnect is also running through a seperate App, Android Auto.
It's no different than any other time you have 2 apps running at the same time.
