i think one of the reasons i ended up getting the bak-flip was because the rails on the peragon are not as low profile

yup...there are two plastic knobs up by the cap...you just unscrew them and the cover lifts right off.

Great! Another decision to make. It'll be easy for a while. I'm getting the truck lined next Friday, after that, Mods are done for a while. I need to make progress paying down my ATV.

the price is the same they just added in the shipping to make it free shipping, last month it was 499 with 89 for shipping,
I thought the bak flip was more??????

Just installed one and love it and ya it comes right off with just to knobs and in fact the retractable folds into your bed while the bakflip folds up so you really lose more room with the retractable one.The bakflip is very low profile and i drove 50 miles the other day with a tv in it with it folded all the way and did not have 1 prob.

See the 2 round pieces up by the cab underneath is 2 knobs that come right off and another thing it drains perfect with the 2 drain tubes (supplied) it poured here the other day and my bed rug stayed perfectly dry.
