sorry yall, i was towing my boat to go fishing this morning, and was proud of my MPG while towing

I have never understood the "salt life" decals...Don't get me wrong, I like saltwater fishing, but what exactly entails the "salt life"?

I used to live in california and I do miss surfing and such.

Can't surf much on my coast of Florida...our waves are weak...on the East coast I guess you can, but I have never seen anyone surf in person.

we surf... when a hurricane comes... actually just able to go back to the beach thanks to the BP catastrophe... but im in the salt water every weekend fishing or hunting.

gotcha, my uncle owns a house over in Hudson Beach estates, which is on the grass flats of the Gulf...I love fishing out there.

lol actually it was a slow redfish! 24 inches! practicing for rodeo season.

yeah cold water = slow fish

check out this monster my brother in law got down in tampa! it was 35 + his record is 48 inches!

weve caught MANY like that.. leave the scales on and throw that on the pit with some butter!
and yeah, plus, the tide is LOW... i had to ditch my outboard and take my mud boat to get to the holes the redfish were in.. i freaked when that spec hit my line.. i think it measured like 19 inches.. we normally catch nice trout like that off the beach not on oyster beds in duck ponds
