I really like the wide stance look , so I'm attempting to start a picture/ info. thread to help me and others on deciding what setup to go with .
Please add text with your picture of the following :
1)Rubbing issues or not?
2)Wheel dimensions & backspacing
3) spacers or not ?
4)Year model of your RAM ?
5) Amount and type of lift

I hope that's not too much info ! Just pics would be nice , even if you don't know all the info off the top of your head any ACCURATE info would be very helpful !
Thanks in advance guys !

(Go S.E.C. ! Sorry I just can't say go Auburn)

I think this would be better posted in the " exterior " section, but hey why not i'll bite for ya.

do you have a level / lift ?, are you planning on doing so ?. Help us help you in answering the questions you have with a little bit more description of what your goal is.

2013 RAM QC 4x4 Express ( NO LEVEL / LIFT )
20x9 - **** Cepek DC-2's
-13mm Offset / 4.49'' Back Spacing
Tires - 275/60/20 OEM CRAP YEARS

My due to my low offset rim, they stick out of the fender by about 1'' - 1.5''. I have an aggressive looking stance I think for a stock height truck. it's really noticeable looking head on, or directly from the rear. I personally would like to add wider tires ( 305/55/20's ). I am no where near close to rubbing with my current set up, and should I decide to lift, and throw some 35x12.50's on... I would still have NO issues at all with rubbing.

Pics from directly in front of the truck would be great. This would really be the best for showing how far they "stick out".

Caldwell , Do you know how or if I can move this thread to 4th gen Exterior ? I almost posted there initially but I figured 10-12" wide wheels would likely constitute a lift of some sort...

I've had both, 18/9 0 offset rockstars for a long time on 35's with 1.5" spacers, just pulled them off and went to a 20/12 -44 offset with 33's. I've got a 2.5" level up front, 3/4 or 1" in the rear (been too long since I put it in) and a 3" body lift.

These are the 20's, I'll find some of the 18's and spacers and post them later. No rubbing with either.

Very nice I really like those 20-12 s that's what I'm looking for !
Why did you go down to 33"s ?
Do you still have the spacers ?
I've been thinking of running spacers with my factory wheel & tire combo till I can afford new wheel and tires.

Still have the spacers, I ran them for about 50k miles with zero issues, plenty of off road trips (work, I don't play off road at all) and probably 15k with a boat behind it. The my to spacers is many many torque checks when they are new. I bet I checked tq 15 times in the first 1000 miles which is a huge pain but essential. Once they stop moving you're good and I'd just check them when I rotated tires and I've never had a bolt break tq.

I went down to a 33 because I wasn't 100% sure I could clear 35's with that much offset if there was any flex involved and I do actually use this truck as a truck. These probably stick out 1/2 an inch more than the 18's and spacers did and it was really close on them although I never rubbed.

I also wanted something different, when I lived in San Diego I saw trucks with smaller tires stretched out on wide wheels a lot, always liked it but never did it myself since my lowrider days in high school many many years ago when I'd blow 225 tires out on 10" wide wire wheels hahaha. I just like the look and went with it.

I'm not currently using the spacers though if that's what you were asking, they're sitting in my garage. This is all wheel this time.
