Ok well my pitman arm is being a b**** to remove. :guile-1: I've broken 2 puller tools now. After breaking the puller tools I sprayed a boatload of PB Blaster on it and it soaked over night. I'm going to rent another one today, but does anyone have a suggestion? Anyone else have this problem? (1997 Ram 1500 4x4 5.9L Magnum).

If you have access to an oxy acetylene torch you can carefully heat the arm. (don't get it red hot!) and then spray the blaster in while it's WARM. PB blaster doesn't burn like wd 40, so it will suck into the splines. Then use the puller.
