Those are pretty typical performance modifications that lead to better fuel mileage typically
Their "crank the rail pressure" attitude has me a bit weary

Past that I can't really comment, I don't know and haven't really read about anyone running a non delete tuner on there trucks although there are many out there I'm sure

We installed a Flo-pro 4" turboback on a 12 cummins 2500 and it was far from bolt on. The exhaust line itself wasnt so bad but we had to relocate many sensor bungs.
Any real exhaust shop or garage worth their salt will be able to do it but it will cost money. and i know sometimes trustworthy shops are hard to find but thats the thing...

A turboback on a 12 would be a DPF delete
Catback on a new cummins is DPF back, just replaces the resonator so it hardly changes the tone of the exhaust or restriction

Tuner: great idea $600-$850.

Fass/Air dog pump I would say only if you're going with big power. That said, a lift pump will help keep your fuel filtered alot better than a normal OEM filter. Run you about $500-$750.

Water/**** kit is a good idea, and will run you about $1000.

And then once you do all that, you're going to want to get some higher grade head studs, so you don't blow a head gasket with all your new power! That'll run you about $500-$1200 depending on how bad you want your head gasket to stay in tact! :D

If you want to just keep in moderate, then just get the tuner and DPF/EGR delete, and call it a day.

I'm glad head studs for you all are a lot cheaper than they were for my ford :/. I take it because the orientation of the motor its pretty straight forward and you don't have to remove the cab? Lol

Yup, our client loves his new exhaust, along with the lift, programmer and intake. Oh and 39" nittos, fab four ( i think) bumper and halo projector headlights with HIDs up top and in the fogs.
The only mistake the client made was registering the truck to his company, now it will have to pass yearly inspections. Somebodys palms are going to get greasy, im pretty sure we wont be un modding it every year :p

Yeah I've heard the cab raising costs big money$$$

A guy at work just got rid of his ford, as he just had the injectors changed for about $3k after having the cab raised... then 3 months later he had another problem that was going to require more cab raising... F that.

Crappy way they designed it.

For the 6.7L you can literally get to anything easily. Injectors could easily be swapped for about $800-$1200, by yourself just with the parts. Super simple swap!
