Please help me figure out what kind of radio and antenna

Recently purchased a 4th Gen ram 2500, looks like they had some sort of radio mounted in the cabin. I'm trying to figure out what kind of antenna they had so I can either cover this whole or install an antenna and get the right radio for it. Any help is appreciated.

Not sure what kind of radio, but I'd clean that up and coat it to inhibit rust ASAP. I have a factory non-functioning puck antenna from my ram that you could use the housing to cover the whole with. I'd give it to you for free if you want to pay for shipping.

Looks like it may be a CB radio antenna, I'd pull of the A pillar trim on both sides and see if there's some kind of coax running down it and follow it to the end.
