What is everyone using to plug the holes in their truck bed. Driving down the gravel road with a tonneau cover and those holes are a huge dust suck. I don't expect to ever stop it, but slowing it down would be nice.

On my '08 I used clear packing tape. It worked, just looked like crap. I was thinking of giving the black foam used for pipe insulation.

Do you have a gasket around the tailgate ? you will get out of dust from that if you dont.

I'm not talking the stake pockets. I'm talking about the 4 tie down anchors in each corner of the bed sidewall near the floor. Tail gate seals helps a lot, and this 4th gen has extremely large gaps compared to my 3rd gen. I'm not sure the tailgate kits I've had in the past will fill that gap.

I got a full bedbug. That covers everything up.

But I believe there are factory rubber plug inserts that usually get taken out when they have the spray in bedliner put in. I would check with the dealer to see were they have it done at and go ask them.

I have no bed liner. Just a rubber mat. I have never seen any type of factory plug in this location. I thought about getting a bed rug, but I use the bed in very dirty ways, but when I am hauling something clean, I don't want it all dusty.

I would measure those holes and go to the hardware store and you should be able to buy plugs to fit in them easy enough.

Use the rubber plugs Joes1500 posted. Slit them down the middle, slide them over the tiedowns, and cut around the ends of the tiedown so the muddle closes up.

You can use Sugru in your truckbed color. Works great! ( https://sugru.com/ ) comes in various colors.

1) clean surface around openings
2) tape around it for clean edges
3) apply sugru (1 small pack per hole is great)
4) remove tape for a nice clean shape (so it doesn’t look completely DIY. A taped square shape with rounded edges is decent)
5) let sugru dry.

For the round holes in truckbed, use removable silicon kayak plugs (they vary in diameter). Look up ‘Scupper plugs’ or ‘kayak silicone plugs’.

Good luck!

Thanks. I was just now thinking that I might stick a piece of foam backer rod in the slit. The round holes are easy.
