About 2 months ago I ordered a set of Bilstein 5100 shocks for my 19 Ram. I installed them according to the instructions and the first couple of months they were fine. Now there is a popping or clunking noise coming from the front. I researched this and was told a lot of people had a problem with installing the washer in the wrong location. My shocks did not come with a washer and was told the newer ones don't have a washer/not needed. I'm about ready to either put the stocks back on or order the Mopar 2 inch lift. I would rather save the money and resolve the issue, but hate the noise on a new truck. Any help. Ideas would be greatly appreciated. Bilstein tech was useless. All they could say was you must have installed them wrong.
