Possible Cam and Lifters?

Have 350 Idle hours, religiously change oil and filter at 3-4k miles. I run pro lube in it double dose it. I don't idle it. I replaced driver side head and lifters for something separate. Nithing wrong with lifters. Mechanic told me cam looked good. However, we did replace the passenger side exhaust manifold gasket and manifold due to failed bolts. Would like opinion. Also, video is attached and video is of idle at OP temp. Very minimal and only towards lower driver side engine wheel well.
Truck has 113,000 Miles, 350 idle hours. I believe it started after a water hole i went into, but may have been before that.
