Noisy valves and code p0308

I have a 2020 Big Horn Ram with 69000 mile and engine light came on with code p0308 which means # 8 cylinder is missing. It only misses at idle. I changed the coil pack and plugs on cylinder 8. Still misses. The valves seem to be noisy. I took into a dealer today and they are saying I need to change lifters and cam which I find hard to believe. I changed oil every 5k miles. Anybody have similar issue and any suggestions. I don’t think the lifters and cam is bad at 69k miles.

Odds are they're right,but you can pull the passenger side valve cover off,and watch and see if the rocker arms are moving the same amount on the back cylinder as much as the other arms are moving while turning the engine over
