I am having a number of recent, simultaneous issues on my 2008 RAM 5.7. My seatbelt light and chime display/sound randomly. I've cleaned all wire connectors, replaced the buckle and replaced the TIPM, based on suggestions. My headlights tend to flicker and sometimes turn off, but if I pull the bright/dim stalk and hold it, they will stay illuminated. I've hit the power button on my radio and my dome lights have come on. My fuel indicator occasionally goes to E then pops back up. I think I've noticed that the headlight issue is more prevalent when the fuel quantity is near empty. I've had the occasional hard start. After much head scratching and discussion with other gearheads, it appears that I might have a ground issue. I'm about to start the tedious process of running down grounds but I wanted to see if any of these symptoms trip anyone's juices and they might be able to suggest a most likely candidate. Thanks in advance for your help.

Wow, lot of odd problems. I would have suspected the TIPM as well. Did you buy it new or used? If used, could still be a bad TIPM or even a coroded connection in to the TIPM.

I replaced it with a new TIPM. Nothing changed with the new one. Kept it, because I figured, after 325,000 miles, it couldn't hurt. Still hunting grounds.

Floorboard above left foot, drivers side, there are a group of white connectors, where alot of the wiring starts inside the truck. Now I had (1) there on my 2015 ED, and (3) on my 2019. As far as a 2008, dunno, but check there, and if you see a big white connector, should be above-right of E Brake, check that connector.
