I'm looking at buying the truck below. Thoughts on price? The NADA clean trade is only $25 less than their asking price, so it seems pretty fair.

The real questions though, I've never owned a dually; we currently pull a 4500 pound 24' gooseneck trailer with about 6000 pounds of cargo on it.

1) Is the dually a good choice for that type of pull?
2) will there be more maintenance? We go through tires pretty quick as it is, so I'm (hoping) 4 tires will spread out the load and it would equal out the wear on the tires?

3) This truck has cloth seats, but I really want rubber of some sort since my guys tend to funk up our cloth seat trucks. Is there a GOOD rubber cover? Or, should I buy a rubber bench and just store the cloth for a future swap if needed?

dually is probably a bit overkill for that load but it will definitely pull nicely, and it leaves room to grow. maintenance is the same. tires may cost a little bit more upfront since you buying 6, but ive found the rears last longer. just keep rotating them so the fronts wear evenly with the rear. rubber seats? no. there is a vinyl option though. you could buy that truck brand new for less then $10k more. i would try and get the price down a bit more personally. at $32K for a used one i would rather spend the extra $$ to buy it new. but thats just me.

Vinyl*

That's what I meant, just not cloth.

I agree with new over used - when possible. Unfortunately I'm not able to swing an additional $8 - $10K right now.
