Has anyone had issues with the latest recalls, T25 and the "PARK" issue? I have had the vehicle NOT go into gear, just blink. Also just had it not start, not battery or alternator. Started it with remote start but than could not shift into gear. Had to disconnect battery to reset computer. WAS FINE before Safety Updates!! 2013 V-6, 8speed transmission. Want to know if I am alone before I take it to the dealer!!!

Stupid question but did you remember to hit the start button after doing the remote start? It won't let you shift into gear after a remote start unless you hit the start button. I know I've done it before so figured I'd ask.

Everything works before it fails.
The T25 recall addressed issues with the airbag system, so it would not cause your issues. I’ve done probably over a 100 of those recalls and never had any issues.

Thanks for the info but yes I tried everything it just would not go into gear, until I disconnected the battery and reconnected it.
The shifting worked but did not see to catch a gear. It had done it once before but that was due to me shifting the shift button too fast. It did not do this again until I had the update, than it did it about two days later than off and on again every few weeks, for a total of maybe ten times in four months. Than once it locked in park, could not physically get it out of park. AAA came out and tried a few things than suggested disconnecting the battery to reset the computer, that worked. They problem is that it is sporadic.
Thanks for the info, besides it not shifting into gear it locked up in park once. Could not physically get the shifter to move. Called AAA and after they tried several things, suggested disconnecting the battery, to reset the computer, which worked. Plan on taking it to dealer next week. Prior to the updates never had issues like this.

This happened to me once and I must say I moved the shift dial too fast after backing up and putting into forward gear the truck was still rolling backwards but it only happened that one time but now I shift the truck into gears only when the truck is completely stopped
