I don't know that this is "correct" but the mirror folds when I press the button so I'm good with it.

Really wish I could add the power fold option to my '13 tow mirrors instead of $$$'g the '15 mirrors...

Good to hear. Now to make the decision on dropping cash on converting or just trading in on a 2500.

So, who has added OEM power-folding mirrors to their trucks and gotten the power-folding function to work properly? I know some guys have had to have their computers re-flashed and the "LER" code added while other option codes for the non-folding mirrors removed, if I understand it correctly. But is sounds like other guys have simply swapped out the mirrors, and the power-folding function worked, like matt.davidson, right? Any help would be appreciated.

Got the power fold to work on one of my tow mirrors. The differentiator is having a baby blue and yellow wire in the wiring harness. Don't know what this does; but the first mirror I installed didn't have it and it didn't fold; the second one had it and folds just like it should.
