Hi All. I have a 2011 ram. Recently my power window regulator failed and the window dropped into the door. I took apart the door to remove the panel that holds the power mechanism and see that the pulley rollers broke. from age I am looking to save some money and avoid buying an entire panel replacement when only the rollers need replacing. I would like to 3d print these rollers in ABS to replace them. I can engineer my own files but i am not an expert at that and was wondering if someone here may have had a similar problem they solved and has an stl file already that they would be willing to share. Not sure where to post this request or if it exists anywhere.

If anyone can help direct me to a file source that would be great.

Thanks all!

I'm new to 3D printing so not much help but if you haven't found anything on the print file sites have you looked into TinkerCAD? I'd imagine a roller would be simple enough to create the print there?

Not any help on the 3D printing, but, I had to replace my regulator for the same reason.
I bought this one about a year ago and it is working great. I looked at buying one from the dealer, but, only 1 dealer in the US listed one in stock and they wanted almost $800 for it. Got one from Amazon for $116 +tax and shipping. They also have one without the motor for about $5 cheaper.
