I have a 013 2500, it has a express down but not express up power window switch on the drivers control. do they make one and if so can someone please give the part number or tell me where I can get one, thanks

The express up and down is also controlled by your B.C.M. (Body Control Module) you just add the switch it won't work. You would need to see if you can have the sales code flashed to your truck.

I am clueless, what does sales code flashed mean and who can do it?

Your B.C.M controls many parts of your truck. Your BCM has certain codes installed in it to make certain options and functions work. If whatever you add is not programmed to your BCM it will not function. There are sales codes for the functions for example blinker and puddle lights for your mirrors are LEB and LEC these codes can be added and you can install the mirrors and they will work. If you don't have the codes added they will not work. The power fold option is LER this code is not available for the Tradesman or Express because Chrysler has not made it available for that trim level. What I am saying is depending on your trim level certain codes cannot be added. Not always because it wouldn't work but because Chrysler won't allow it. I am not sure if the express up down code is available for your truck or not. I have a 2014 Express 1500 and I have express up and down but my truuk.is a 1500 and a year newer. Someone might chime in that knows for sure if you can add that code. You need to take the truck to a dealer to have sales codes added. You pay for the labor for Them to (flash) add the code. They usually charge between a 1/2 hr to 1 hr. It just takes them a minute to do. The first step is trying to find out what the sales code is and see if it can be added to your truck.

I was under the impression that all trims came with auto up/down for both the driver and passenger window, regardless of trim. Most likely a switch issue. Being a 2013, you should take it in under warranty...

Not all models are equipped with the option, if the switch says auto on it is, if not you need to change out the switch and add the flash or program the BCM.
Rock auto has the switches for not too much money. just make sure they say auto on them.
My R/T only does auto down, not up. not a option on alot of RCSB for some reason

It didn't occur to me untill now but in some cases your auto up can get uncallibrated and not work. I believe you can rest it by rolling the window all of the way up and holding the switch for 3 to 5 seconds and then all of the way down and hold the switch for 3 to 5 seconds to recalibrate the BCM. You might want to give that a try just in case you have the auto up feature and maybe didn't know it. Mine quit working once and I had to recalibrate it. You most likely do not but it doesn't hurt to try. The procedure should be in your owners manual.

It is a module typically used in alarm installs. In alarm installs it automatically rolls the windows up upon arming the car, and also can remotely roll down the windows. In addition to that it is also turns the windows into one-touch up and one-touch down.

FWIW, My 11, 12, and 13 all had auto up down for both front windows and none said auto on them...

I would also be sure that you are pulling up enough on the switch for the auto up function. You have to go past a certain point in order for it to work. Almost feels like a "bump" in the switch. Just a thought...

thanks guys, I checked and its say's auto on it so I tried to recalibrate it and nothing. Then I pulled out the window sticker and it said auto down. Talked to the dealer and he said the same thing, if its not in the bcm it's not going to happen. Owell I live without it. Thanks again all
