Hi All, looking at getting a 2015 Mega Cab Short Bed 6.4L Laramie and Found one in Idaho for $41,609 before Dock Fee. Here is the window sticker. http://www.chrysler.com/hostd/windowsticker/getWindowStickerPdf.do?vin=3C6UR5NJ2FG508102 Think I could talk them down at all? Plan is to put $30K down, then use the financing deal for .9% APR for 36 Months for the remaining amount. Thanks :)

Heres the Link to the truck, but I will be ordering it in Black/Silver with Black Interior and Clearance Lights.

I haven't ever worked with them, but I've been told that they do not negotiate. They're a high volume dealer and usually the prices are very low. That As Low As price also assumes you qualify for all available rebates.

I assume you're planning to drive it back if you go there? You might check Woodhouse in Blair, NE. They're high volume as well and may be able to get you a good/similar deal, and good bit closer to Boston.

I looked at that exact truck but lacked some options I wanted. I have a truck on order from them. 2500 Laramie Mega 4x4. One think that will not work for you is if you do their financing they will only allow you to put down $10k. Yes, that's right. I was going to get the $1000 additional off using their financing but was told only up to $10k down. I will be using my financing and putting $22k down. Other than that they have been great to work with.

I asked them to order me one but for the exact same truck only adding clearance lights and rambox, they wanted $8K more. Gonna wait till June probably and pay cash.

I was trying to figure out you increase you mentioned and am a bit stumped. Seems like the white Mega in the ad you linked to is very different than what you got a quote for. What I saw that was similar was the adjustable pedals and the sun roof. Otherwise your quote for your build has $3000 more than the white listed truck.

Also, on the white truck you should base your price off the "sale price" not the "as low as" price. Very few will qualify for any of the deeper rebates below the Sale Price. It does look like they are offering about $11,335 off MSRP. That's huge discount for a truck with lots of options like you want.

One thing I noticed was that my quote showed two columns to the right of the listed options. One was the MSRP column prices and to the right of that was the FWP prices. The prices in the FWP column were about 20% off MSRP prices but yours didn't have the FWP showing.

The reality is that if you take the white truck's sale price of $44,609 and then add the additional options you want that cost another $3000 you are at $47,609. This is only about $200 difference in the end.

Unless i am not seeing something and my numbers are way off, for whatever reason, the price quoted is pretty damn good for the optioned truck you want. Food for thought.

Try the Costco Auto Buying Program is you haven't already. They saved me a load of cash over the "bottom line" dealership I was working with. I was also working with Dave Smith out of ID and after I told them I was comparing them to Costco price they stopped returning my emails.

It is, I glanced over the list and now see the added options. Will probably drop $5K more on fixing my truck now and wait till 2016 to get a Mega Cab. No real hurry unless I can get a steal.

Dennis Dillon doesn't negotiate at all and as skrap says go by the sale price, the other rebates are a realtor, fha and farming of some sort, I can't remember. I didn't qualify for any. Dennis Dillon was ~2000 cheaper than Dave smith for me. Almost identical trucks but mine had air ride, tow mirrors and bedliner for the same price and Dennis Dillon is local for me so that's where I went.
