Problem with bully dog U0100 code?

I have a 2013 hemi 8 speed the tuner works but if I change tunes I get this code U0100. The bully dog does not see it, it says there is no code. I have to use my scanner to see it and clear it. It does not come back after I clear it only happens when I adjust or change the tune. Anyone know if this is a big problem or had this same issue? Of course bully dog tech support is closed. Any help would be appreciated.

I googled ur code and it said loss of communication with ecm. I had a P00 something code when I first installed my BD which was the same internal ecm type of code. When I called tech support they sent me a patch. I would just drive it for now then call BD when they are open. They will have a fix for it even if it takes a few days.

Im having same code. I have a superchips installed on my 09 hemi. Justvtried doing california smog check required for registration and failed. This code is what im getting. Did u ever find an answer?
