I think my issue is I didn't pair it first. I set the wheel size first, then anything after that was pointless. it's paired now, but the pcm is still confused.

Just now seeing this... That wouldn't surprise me if that caused it. You put something that uploads a change to the PCM without marrying it to your truck first so the PCM freaked out. Hopefully you got it all figured out and the truck is working fine now.

The ProCal works really well. I'll say though, setting dip switches with big hands sucks. Lol

It’s just odd to me because I remember when garage door openers had dip switches lol

still not working, and AEV support has gone silent. I'm not thrilled about that. truck goes in tomorrow to the dealer.

Not to seem like a ****, but the instructions are clear and tell you before any calibration can be done you need to pair the module with your truck. If you failed to follow the instructions anything after that is a result of user error and not something the company is responsible for or is required to assist with.

Hopefully there isn't any major damage done to the PCM and its literally just a code the dealership can wipe out and it'll reset things.

No, I get that. But when you talk to them and they tell you the developer will call, and he doesn't, that sucks in my book whether it was initially my fault or not.

Ahhhh... Yes, now that I can sympathize with you on. I had a couple similar issues with being told I'd receive a call and never did. We are on the same page there. So I called them.

$375 for them to reset computers. they threw in a $30 coupon.

BTW- I'm running 35x12.5 falkens and I have to use the 33.75" setting on the procal to get my GPS and speedo in synch.

That’s probably what the measure on the truck, they all lose about .75-1.0” in height
