I have a 2018 Ram 2500 4x4 Longhorn loaded with Snow Chief option long bed, 373 diff.
Question:
The PTO switches, can a person use them for auxiliary lights, accessories or whatever? Are they already wired with a relay? I was also wanting to know if the auxiliary switches were wired through a relay?
If not are they heavy duty enough without a relay?
I know often switches are not heavy duty enough to run any serious current through them, hence a relay.
Thanks.

On my '15 there is a separate electrical box by the battery that has the fuses and relays for the Aux switches.

Great video.
Thanks you
Stupid me. After seeing the video I remember the Aux wiring is under my back seat.
Oh, well haven't owned it very long and it replaces my 1993 Dakota so I have a steep learning curve.
Thanks again.

So off shoot question... is this available on the 1500? If so, what is the part number for the switches? Would be interested in this for a 1012 3500 too.
