Pulling the triggering cam

I got an 03(I know pita) I've talked to hemi fever and he said he can usually get the 03's with the hemi to idle w/o stall with a 268 and the Diablo Intune and his custom tuning skills or 260 and just a superchips I love the sound of the 268 but I can't find any videos of an 03 with a 268 and was wondering if yall know anybody that has done it before without switching to 05 computer

I have a video of one of my customers trucks that has a 268 in a 03

Wasnt easy to tune and don't believe anyone else has been successful.

Damn that makes me nervous even though hemifever says he has done a few 03's with occasional stalling with a 268 and I can do the high idle mod which I think is supposed to help out but he didn't say anything about that

Go with the something a little tamer or convert to the 05 PCM.

Hemifever tuned the 03 before me.

Wasn't successful, zero refund and Sean said it was fine.

Now it idles fine without a high idle mod even.

He is just wanting to sell you a tune... Sadly. I still don't recommend a 268 in a 03

Ok sounds good back to the 260 would yall recommend running just a 3865 sc with a psc1-003 or get a custom tune by Sean? Either way it's gonna be about the same price

Go with a jay greene custom grind and a superchips. Best option by far for a 03. Pm me if you need any help. 03's are not as ****** as many think thanks to a few pretty sweet guys lol. No need for custom tunning and can be 12 second trucks right along with any other year, and have no stalling or idle issues from the generic 268 style off the self cams. Diablo is the last thing you want on a 03. Has no idle rpm adjustments, no speed limiter adjustments, can't increase the rev limiter and will shift at the factory 5600 rpm which sucks ass on a cammed truck. Just a few thoughts for you

I have a 08 RAM 1500 with 4.7. Is this true about the Diablo for this truck also ?? The Diablo Trinity ??

no its just the 03s. Always been an issue. I have an 04 and have full tuning parameters with the diablosport

Must be a late 04. Most 03-04 have no trans support with Diablo
