My grandpa has a 2015 Ram 1500 with the 3.6 V6 in it
I had to remove the stripped front diff fill plug and I had to drop the steering rack so I could get my hammer and the extractor in.
I put everything back together plugged everything in took it out for a test drive and it's pulling to the left
It has the electronic steering rack.

What could cause it to pull?

Did you tie down the steering wheel so it wouldn't move while disconnected at the rack, and are you positive the rack is put back with the input shaft in the exact same place it was disconnected?

If any part is not centered back exactly, the sensors will take over and try to either turn the vehicle or pull it back straight.

My 2019 steering wheel was slightly off center when going straight. I had to adjust the tie rods to get the wheel straight to stop the pull.

Read This:

If everything is back right, there is a procedure to reset the rack after being unplugged.
