Pulsating Vibration

When I drive my truck out of the garage in the morning and turn the steering wheel I get a pulsating vibration that last for a couple of seconds or so. Once I go down the road it stops. Any ideas?

No ides, but my truck has mild jerks/surges (mild acceleration) when I first take off after the truck has been sitting. I don't notice anything in the steering just in the acceleration.
