Quad cab door adjustment

I had some body work done to my 2000 2500 Quad Cab and the doors don't close correctly. As far as I can tell there is a consistent gap around the sides and bottom, in and out seems ok but both doors are about 3/8" high at the roof line where they meet and close in the middle. The hinge sides seem right height but the front door feels spongy when it closes against the rear door and pops when it's opened.
Any thoughts?
