Question about AC seats

I have installed my AC Laramie seats in my truck and turned all codes on they are working well. Now onto my questions

1) When i remote start my truck the comfort settings turn my AC seats to the highest setting, which is 2, when i turn my key to the run position it automatically turns it down to 1. Is there a way to change this?

2) is there a way to turn up how hard it pushes the air through the seats?

You can't have on max setting with remote start. Have you checked the filters under the seat? Some of them plug off limiting air flow. Could also see if it's a full 12v going to the fan motor when on full mode. If not you could add 12 v to it possibly or add an adjustable voltage step up from eBay to bring voltage up to where you think it blows better.
