This isn't a thread about complaining on mileage FYI.......So I just installed my carven muffler last Thursday and my mileage gauge on the dash has been around 15.9-16.1. Now before my muffler, stock OEM or straight pipe(removed the OEM muffler) I was getting around 16.3-16.7. I wasn't nice with no muffler either and with this carven I've been a little nicer. Just curious why my mileage hasn't popped back up to 16.5 or so, I did disconnect the battery to weld the muffler in place. Does it take that long for everything to get right again? I figured having a muffler again would be better than no muffler.
