question on 2018 ram 3500

i have a 2018 ram 3500 with 6.4 hemi my question is. is there way to be able to lock the transmission in a gear so it wouldn't shift up or down so it would stay in that gear till i manually shifting it. by either having a programmer and custom tune if thats possible? i know how the manual mode works.

Not that I am aware of other than manual mode limits the highest gear.
