Question on rust repair under hood

So while I had my hood open I was looking up at it and noticed I saw some rust forming inside, and also on one of the brackets where the hinge is for hood. I want to fix this before it gets horrible. What paint would you recommend? Because this is a area that no one sees I do not care on how perfect the paint matches. I was thinking getting duplicolor perfect match but didn't know if that is best or what process to do before hand?

I thought: Sand, primer, paint, clear. But not positive on it all.

POR-15 requires a UV coating that must be applied before the paint fully cures (nothing sticks to POR-15 once hardened).

POR-15 is awesome.

Any specific UV coating you guys recommend?

If it's under the hood do you don't really need to uv coat it. Also if you want another option chassis saver by magnet paint is like porn15 only diff is that you can you it over existing paint. Been using it on my samurai that I'm fixing up. Stuff is gold and tough as nails

So chassis saver I do not need to sand down rust or anything?
